Abstract：Based on the design concept "One Workshop and Three Rooms" of home ofce proposed by the author
and the renovation project of his apartment flat, this article discusses the design strategies and spatial
characteristics of workshop, meditation room, ftness room, and cooking room; shows the possibility of
transforming ordinary apartment fat into home ofce spaces in China and talks about future urban issues
caused by home ofce.
