Abstract：The Bangka Street has been the primary city street in Taipei city for a hundred years. Though the name of Bangka
has changed to Wanhua, the formulation of old Wanhua district is infuenced by the temple religious culture such as
Pilgrimage activity of religious celebration. It becomes the important element of culture memories between Wanhua
neigborhood. Taipei city government transformed the religious celebration into a cultural festival in order to preserve
the traditional culture such as Taipei Xiahai Chenhuang culture festival, Bangka Qingshang God Bangka and Baoushen
culture festival. This research is an observation of the circulation of Pilgrimage activity in Qingshang god festival which
aims to manage the relation between the city street space and the circulation of Pilgrimage activity.
