Abstract：This paper introduces the Nur-Sultan 2030 Materplan for the the capital of Kazakhstan, whihc was developed by Space Syntax Limited,
UK in 2020, and focuses on the urban planning and design of the 6 Opoortunity-area Masterplans formulated in the design. They are
privated-led develoments of Area A and Area B, public-led developments of Area C, Area D, Area E and Area F.
