西方气味都市主义若干理论解读

摘要 本文梳理了西方气味都市主义相关理论,综合了历史学、营销学、制图学、城市设计和建筑学等领域下关于城 市气味与空间的关联研究。将气味都市主义总结分为传统城市气味理论、气味营销理论、气味地图理论和城市 气味景观与气味艺术理论,综述了各个领域代表学者的相关研究,初步建立气味都市主义的研究框架。

Abstract:This article reviews the theories related to Western Smell Urbanism and summarizes the studies on the connection between urban smell and space in history, marketing, cartography, urban design and architecture. It categorizes the research on Smell Urbanism into traditional urban smell, smell marketing, smell map, and urban smellscape and art smell, and reviews the relevant research of the leading scholars in each field to establish a preliminary research framework of Smell Urbanism.
