Abstract：This paper focuses on the industrial heritage which is less concerned: of industrial residential areas in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Take Worker Village in Zangong street, Tiexi, Shenyang as an example, this papen is to explore an feasible way to establish a long-term and effective industrial residential rehabilitation, protection and development, and to provide practical operational ideas for the transformation of industrial residential areas facing a dilemma.
