这是因为所谓“市井气息”本身就是
一个故事、
一个传说、
一段历史，
其形式则满载深厚的沧桑感，
而这正是新建街区所不具备的、
望尘莫及的。

成都红瓦寺街的鸳鸯楼就是一处极富故事感的场所。
据说，
这里曾经居住着很多四川大学的年轻教师，
鸳鸯楼由此得名。
今天，
这里已经成为一处网红打卡地。

少量“落伍的”、尚未更“新”的建筑反而成为人们追捧的时尚。
这不仅因为资源稀缺，
更因为这些场所已经成为
