FORM
In modern cities,
places with strong local atmosphere are becoming increasingly rare.
This is because such place is
a story,
a legend,
a piece of history,
and the form is full of deep emotions,
which is beyond the reach of the new block.
SPACE
Apartments for the Newly-weds in Chengdu City is
a place full of storytelling.
It is said that many young teachers from Sichuan University used to live here,
hence from the name Apartments for the Newly-weds.
Today, it has become an internet-famous site.
When the city is "newer" and the city
and its neighbourhoods are renewed,
a small number of "outdated" buildings
that have not been renewed have become fashionable.
This is not only because of the scarcity of resources,
but also because these places have become representatives of
urban memory and carriers of urban cultural genes.
LOCATION
Apartments for the Newly-weds is located at
Hongwasi Street No.18, Chengdu.
