Abstract：With the implementation of Barrier-free Environment Creation Law, the construction of accessibility environment on
campus will receive more attention from both education management departments and school-running institutions.
Under the background of the construction of “double first-class” disciplines, the campus space of colleges and
universities needs to develop in a more friendly and inclusive direction on the basis of achieving barrier-free
requirements. Starting from the special analysis of the service objects, demand characteristics and performance goals
of inclusive campuses, this paper combines the planning of new campuses such as Rehabilitation University, Renmin
University of China, and University of Science and Technology Beijing, and puts forward strategies and methods
for creating an inclusive environment on university campuses in the new era around campus barrier-free systematic
planning, refined design, and diversified scenarios.
