Abstract：Regarding the regional changes of Xi’an Chanba Center in the past 20 years, this article analyzes the background and
significance of the area’s construction, introduces its design concept and style features, expounds on its functional
layout and spatial language, as well as points out its values and roles for Xi’an’s urban development. The design
concept emphasizes openness, inclusiveness, and sustainability, and the architectural style integrates environmental
protection and traditional cultural elements, meeting the needs of government affairs and providing open public spaces.
This article points out that in the future, Chanba Center should keep the concept of openness and inclusiveness, coexist
with the surrounding environment in a harmonious manner, continue to play a role in leading and shaping urban culture,
and coordinate with the development goal of building an international eco-city in Xi’an.
