摘要 工业遗产具有历史、文化、科技等多方面价值,作为城市化的印记,在地域性空间认同和情感认同方面有着不 可忽略的社会影响。现阶段城市更新向存量优化和精细化设计迈进,因此保护和再生工业遗产空间具有重要意 义。事件空间理论以历史为线索,串联空间组织,形成空间体系,能够有效增强片区空间的完整度和认同感, 但在我国城市更新中的应用尚处于起步阶段。以武汉四美塘片区工业遗产空间更新为例,通过分析工业遗产空 间与事件空间理论的耦合性,从叙事要素梳理、功能转化和空间转译等不同环节深入探究,提出事件空间的结 构构建方法和记忆空间的复兴创新策略,以期为事件空间理论在工业遗产空间更新中的应用路径提供参考。

Abstract:Industrial heritage has many values, such as historical, cultural, scientific and technological. As a mark of urbanization, it has unneglectable social impact on regional spatial identity and emotional identity. At present, urban renewal is moving towards stock optimization and fine design, so it is of great significance to protect and regenerate industrial heritage spaces. Taking history as a clue, the event space theory connects spatial organization and forms a spatial system, which can effectively enhance the spatial integrity and identity of an area, but its applications in urban renewal in China is still in its infancy. Taking the industrial heritage renewal design of Wuhan’s Simeitang District as an example, this paper analyzes the coupling between industrial heritage spaces and the event space theory, explores different aspects such as narrative elements sorting, function transformation, and spatial translation, and puts forward the event spatial structure construction method and the innovation strategy of memory space rejuvenation, in order to provide references for the application path of the event space theory in the industrial heritage spatial renewal.
