巨构空间转型的多重可能 ——上海世博园“一轴四馆”区空间重构的教学实验

摘要 2023年同济大学本科毕业设计以上海世博会“一轴四馆”区为研究对象,通过空间的加密完成重构,进行了一 次在巨构建筑空间中补充日常性的探索。实验以形态类型学作为设计操作工具,针对尺度失衡、活力缺失的空 间问题,从宏观结构、中观街坊、微观建筑设计3个层面展开。通过“网格”“坊中市”“类型拼贴”3组方 案,探寻“一轴四馆”区域再城市化改造的多重可能,以期营造出尺度宜人、功能混合的多样空间,使其从被 巨构建筑控制的消极空间转型成高密、多样、日常性的城区。

Abstract:In the 2023 graduation design of Tongji University, the One Axis and Four Pavilions area of the Shanghai World Expo 2010 is taken as the object. Through densification, the area can be reconstituted and thereby, an exploration of daily life is replenished based on large-scale space. Using the morpho-typological operation tool and aiming to solve the spatial problems, such as scale imbalance and vitality deficiency, the experiment is implemented on three levels: spatial structure, urban blocks, and architectural design. Through three proposals of Grids, Market in Neighborhood, and Collage of Types, various possibilities of transforming the area are explored in order to create a diverse space with friendly scale and mixed functions, making it from a passive space controlled by large-scale buildings into an urban district of high density, high diversity, and daily life.
