摘要 针对山西转型综合改革示范区开发过程中经济能源转型和分步开发的特点,降低建筑单体用能需求,增加区域 整体能源供给活力是未来区域分布式能源供给新趋势。结合装配式和绿建的发展需求,提出近零能耗多目标 “三位一体”综合解决方法,实现建筑降碳61.78%。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of economic and energy transformation and step development in the development process of Shanxi Comprehensive reform area, it is a new trend of regional distributed energy supply in the future to reduce the energy demand of individual buildings and increase the energy supply vitality of the whole region. Combined with the development needs of prefabricated and green construction, a “three-in-one” comprehensive solution of nearzero energy consumption and multi-objectives was proposed, achieving a carbon reduction of 61.78% in buildings.
