Abstract：Under the background of new urbanization, urban regeneration planning has gradually become an important area of
focus. The TOD integrated development model, as an important planning concept, shares similar goals with urban
renewal: intensive use of land resources, high-quality living environments, and sustainable public spaces. Taking
drafted as the background, this article
researches on excellent domestic and abroad cases, refers to the established standards and norms, puts forward targeted
planning principles, workflows, technical points and implementation mechanism suggestions for the synergistic issues
of new construction and reconstruction of urban rail transit in built-up areas and urban renewal of the areas around
the urban rail transit stations, explores the application of the concept of TOD integration in the renewal planning, and
provides references and lessons for the renewal planning of the stock in the areas affected by the urban rail transit.
