Abstract:In recent years, with regional integration moving towards higher quality development, the station-city relationship in
mega city railway station areas is need of transformation and reconstruction. According to the development process
of domestic and foreign railway stations, this paper analyzes the influencing elements of station-city integration from
macro to micro levels, and summarizes three types of spatial patterns of station-city integration. Based on Beijing
detailed regulatory planning system, taking the Detailed Regulatory Planning of Beijing Fengtai Station as an example,
this paper focuses on the discussion of four aspects, namely, overall structure, transportation support, functional
layout and spatial creation, to form a planning paradigm of station-city integration in mega-city railway station areas,
providing a reference for the planning of the same type of areas in China.
