Abstract：The “CCB Jianrong Home · Couriers’ Home” project in Daxing District represents a pioneering urban renewal model,
whereby unused homesteads are converted into sustainable rental housing. This initiative, spearheaded by the China
Construction Bank Beijing Branch and Jianxin Housing Beijing Company, aims to streamline housing management and
enhance living standards for urban service workers. The project sets a benchmark for eco-friendly and inclusive urban
living solutions by integrating green, smart technologies and community engagement.
