Abstract：Located in Chaoyang District, the Beitou Olympic Park 1314 project is an urban regeneration initiative that has
successfully transformed abandoned factory buildings into a sports-themed commercial park. By reusing the Winter
Olympic legacy, the project has integrated various functions, such as sports, leisure, and culture, becoming a new
platform to enhance community vitality and provide an international sports fashion experience. The park’s high
occupancy rate and numerous sports events highlight its innovation and socio-economic benefits in urban regeneration.
