Abstract：Located in the core area of Zhongguancun, the Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory Science and Technology Park,
formerly known as Beijing Satellite Manufacturing Factory Co., Ltd. Zhongguancun Plant, has a deep industrial heritage
and aerospace spirit. The project is jointly built by a resident central enterprise and a district state-owned enterprise. By
preserving the industrial heritage style, improving the architectural performance and the functional support of the park,
the project realizes the complementary chain of the regional industrial chain and the weaving of the urban function.
The park introduces high-precision industries, becomes an intelligent manufacturing demonstration zone, and improves
the safety, convenience and efficiency of the park through intelligent management. The project not only preserves the
original style, but also realizes a green, safe, beautiful and intelligent transformation.
