Abstract：The Disabled Persons’ Vocational Rehabilitation and Care Service Center in Beijing, originally known as the Rongxin
Building, has undergone a comprehensive renovation based on the “Tree of Life” design concept, providing a platform
for comprehensive services and rehabilitation for the disabled. The renovation focuses on personalized services and
the construction of an accessible environment, successfully transforming the center into the largest provincial-level
service base for the disabled in China. As a showcase for the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games, Hui Ai Building
demonstrates China’s achievements in the field of disability and actively engages in international exchanges. The
project showcases innovative experiences in barrier-free design, guest room layout, and facade renovation, providing a
sunny and vibrant rehabilitation environment for the disabled.
