Abstract：The Shijingshan West Omni-Dimensional urban regeneration is an area comprehensive urban regeneration project,
aiming to help the high quality development of the area through Omni-Dimensional integration and systematic
innovation. The CCCC Urban Renewal Company, as a platform for urban renewal in the western part of Shijingshan
(including the whole area of Wulituo and Guangning Streets), has coordinated the implementation of more than 110
sub-projects with the six implementation paths of supporting as the first, industry as the core, operation as the soul,
culture as the vein, people as the basis, and capital empowerment. Through urban renewal, the project has promoted the
overall improvement of the function and economic development of the district, and provided a model demonstration for
social capital participation in district-type urban renewal.
