滨江生态敏感地区更新规划策略研究 ——以南京金陵船厂片区为例

摘要 滨江地区向来是城市发展的重要一环,因其生态敏感性突出,叠加传统工业的遗留问题显著,亟须以新的规划 设计释放其生态景观价值与空间多元潜能。本研究基于滨江地区各要素特征的深度剖析,构建起以生态本底要 素、功能业态要素、空间形态要素为主的多维价值体系和技术框架,结合多源大数据、实地调研,对南京金陵 船厂片区进行研究,提出山—江—城一体化的更新策略,融合各要素之间的关联,以实现山—江—城一体共生 的目标愿景。

Abstract:Riverside areas have always been an essential part of urban development. Due to their ecological sensitivity and significant remaining issues from traditional industries, they urgently require new planning and design to unleash their ecological landscape value and diverse spatial potential. This study is based on a profound analysis of various elements in riverside areas. It establishes a multidimensional value system and technical framework centered around ecological elements, function and industry elements, and spatial form elements. By integrating multi-source big data and on-site exploration, the study focuses on the Nanjing Jinling Shipyard District and proposes a renewal strategy of mountainriver- city integration. The aim is to integrate the relationships among various elements to achieve the vision of a symbiotic relationship of mountain, river, and city.
