基于多源数据的合肥市公园分布公平性测度与优化 研究

Measuring and Optimizing the Equity of Spatial Distribution of Parks in Hefei Based on Multi-source Data

摘要 城市公园空间分布的公平性对于构建公平且包容的城市公园系统具有重要意义。以合肥市中心城区为研究对 象,本研究在多源大数据支持下,综合运用缓冲区分析、核密度分析、洛伦兹曲线与基尼系数等方法,探讨不 同等级公园与居住区之间的供需关系,从空间和社会两个视角对城市公园分布的公平性进行定量测度,并提出 优化策略。研究结果表明:合肥市公园空间分布呈现“五核两片多点”和“北多南少”的格局特点,四类公园 的服务半径覆盖居住区范围内和居住区500m范围内存在盲区,行政分区和街道的人均公园绿地面积的基尼系 数分别为0.534 7和0.804 7,公园分布存在显著的不公平现象。最后,研究提出了具体的优化方案和策略建议, 以期为城市公园系统规划建设提供理论与实践借鉴。

Abstract:The spatial equity of urban park distribution is of great significance for constructing a fair and inclusive urban park system. With the support of multi-source big data, this paper comprehensively applied buffer analysis, kernel density analysis, Lorenz curve, and Gini coefficient to explore the supply and demand between parks and residential areas at different levels, quantitatively measured the equity of urban park distribution from spatial and social perspectives, and proposed optimization strategies. The results of the study show that the spatial distribution of parks in Hefei presents a pattern of “five cores, two clusters, and many points” and “more in the north and fewer in the south”. The service radius of the four types of parks covers the residential areas, and the residential areas have blind areas within 500 m. The Gini coefficient of per capita park green area in administrative districts and streets is 0.5347 and 0.8047, respectively, showing significant inequity in the distribution of parks. Finally, the research puts forward the concrete optimization schemes and strategy suggestions. The research can provide theoretical and practical reference for the planning and construction of urban park system.
