面向Z世代的创新街区规划探索 ——理论推演与教学实验

摘要 创新街区是集聚城市创新活动的重要载体,在当前创新转型背景下,城市创新街区的合理规划和营建具有重 要意义。Z世代是伴随网络时代成长起来的新生代群体,其代际特征明显,是推动未来创新发展的主力人群。 本文梳理“创新街区”的相关概念并总结其设计营造特征,结合Z世代的群体特征及其特定诉求,推演出符合 Z世代偏好的创新街区规划原则。以成都市怡心湖环湖科技城作为城市设计教学基地,将规划原则运用于设计 实践思考,优化了相应的规划策略框架,包括:营造“液态化”的泛在公共领域;布局嵌入式、多元化、特征 化的创新活动载体;建立多类型、蓝绿化、高连通的公共空间网络;形成较高密度公共服务的紧凑式社区生活 圈;促成生活实验化、治理扁平化的对话式社区运营机制。

Abstract:Innovation districts serves as a crucial platform for aggregating urban innovation activities. In the current context of innovation transformation in China, the thoughtful planning and construction of urban innovation districts are crucial. As digital natives and a key force in future innovation, Generation Z presents new demands for urban spaces shaped by their distinct values and lifestyles. By examining the concepts of “innovation district” and summarizing its design and construction features, this study, in conjunction with the generational traits and specific demands of Generation Z, deduces innovation district planning principles aligned with Generation Z preferences. Using the Yixin Lake Sci-Tech City in Chengdu as a site for urban design teaching course, these planning principles are applied in teaching. Based on an practical exploration of a student group work, we further refined the planning strategies: creating a “liquidized” ubiquitous public realm; laying out embedded, diversified, and distinctive innovation activity carriers; establishing a multi-type, green, highly connected public space network; forming a compact community life circle with a high-density of public services; and facilitating dialogue-based community operational mechanisms with life experimentation and flat governance structures.
