Jinze Wu, Dapeng Zhao, Chao Xie
Abstract:Under the context of China’s Territory Spatial Planning, the practical village planning of “Integrated Planning” has formed a “useful, effective and practical” village planning. At the same time, the experience of urbanization construction has also had a profound impact on village planning and construction, changing the original way of production and living in the village to a certain extent, thus eliminating the unique “Rural Character” of rural areas. Through the village planning practice in the Di Liubu Village of Xinkou Town, Xiqing District, this paper proposes planning principles and planning strategies based on respecting and inheriting the “ Rural Character” of the village around the “Production- Ecology- Living Space” of the village, in order to avoid ignoring the personalized side of the village in the village planning and construction.
