SHEN Aihong is currently the director of Yinchuan Planning and Management Bureau and the Standing Committee of the 11th Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. She has been engaged in urban and rural planning and management for many years, as Senior Engineer, National Registered Urban Planner and Registered Consultant (investment). She has published many theoretical articles on urban design. She once spoke on behalf of Yinchuan City at the meeting held by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and gave lectures on planning work in various types of courses in the Autonomous Region and Yinchuan City.

the interview, she proposed his ideas regarding Yinchuan City.
