LIAO Guangbin, born in 1964 in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province. He is a Professor-level Senior Engineer and National Registered Urban Planner. In 1986, he started to work Ganzhou Planning and Management Office. He has served as Dean of the Urban Planning and Design Institute of Ganzhou, Chief Planner, Deputy Director and Party Secretary of Ganzhou Urban and Rural Planning Bureau, and Director of the Urban and Rural Construction Bureau of Ganzhou City. He is currently the director of Ganzhou Urban and Rural Planning Bureau. Mr. LIAO Guangbin has been engaged in urban planning, design and management for a long time. He is a witness to the history of urban planning, construction and conservation of Ganzhou City in the past 30 years.
