WANG HUIFANG: TALK ABOUT CHANGSHA CITY

WANG Huifang, graduated from Nanjing University in 1985 with a bachelor degree in urban and regional planning. In 1988, she was graduated from Nanjing University with a master degree in human geography. In 2016, she obtained a Ph.D degree in architecture from Hunan University. Since 1990, she has been engaged in urban and rural planning management, and has organized several editions of Changsha City Master Planning, Changsha Comprehensive Transportation Planning, Controlled Detailed Plannings and Special Plannings. She now serves as a party committee and deputy director of Changsha Urban and Rural Planning Bureau. She is organizing “the integration of multiple plans as one”, multi-level urban design, community planning, and rural planning in Changsha.
